She gets lot of attention and i do lots of training with her. If an aggressive encounter should occur, do not grab the puppy up and scream and yell at the adult dog. Treating the underlying condition will usually reduce, or even eliminate, the undesirable behavior but if there is a serious neurological issue it may not be treatable, but this is.
Part of the problem is that people believe that any dog that bites, growls, or backs away (stress/fear) is aggressive, or going to be aggressive. The dog feels that the puppy is getting a lot of attention from the owner(s). They always have the urge to chew on anything, which is why they might be biting you.
